Leam Jnrs and Ettington Rovers were promoted, and two new teams added into Div3, with none relegated. At the other end, Kineton were relegated down to Div5, and joining Div4 are two new teams (Castle Rangers and Kelseys), and two promoted teams (Bishops Itchington and Whitnash).
